Calgary AB: Shipper/Receiver

Our Calgary office is looking for a Shipper/receiver. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

Overall function/responsibility:
- Ship outgoing products
- Receive all incoming goods
- Put stock away
- Keep stock room and engine room neat/tidy

Major Duties:
- Forklift operation
- Accurate data entry
- Preparing shipments - Outgoing and Incoming
- Handling exceptions Process shortages and damaged goods
- Maintain accurate information – counting, serial numbers etc.
- Prepare export shipments with help from our export dept
- Be familiar with carriers – service areas, reliability, and prices

Qualifications:
- Current forklift certificate – received within the last three years
- Computer literate is mandatory

Calgary AB: Service Support Attendant

Our Calgary facility is looking for a Service Support Attendant. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

Overall function/responsibility:
- close shop work orders
- create service invoices
- create and manage warranty claim paperwork
- other miscellaneous duties as required

Major duties:
- support for scheduling of production work orders
- ensure that work orders are completed in a timely fashion
- ensure that work orders are processed in an accurate and timely fashion
- compile data and prepare documents for billing
- indentify and document inventory release strategy for work orders
- effectively communicate with internal departments
- process warranty claims promptly to meet manufacturer's warranty guidelines
- process warranty paperwork to ensure proper documentation
- provide customer service regarding warranty questions and service
- verify that manufacturer's warranty criteria are met
- resubmit rejected warranty claims with further information, or receive authorization to write them off
- track warranty parts by tagging with repair order number, date of replacement, and anticipated date of disposal
- participate with Material Requirement Planning
- ensure integrity of data entry
- continually look for ways to improve our processes and procedures
- other duties as required

Calgary AB: Mechanical assembler

Our Calgary facility is looking for a mechanical equipment assembler. This is an entry level, full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

Duties:
- Assembly of new equipment within a prescribed amount of time with minimum supervision
- Assembly, testing and troubleshooting of new equipment
- Assembly of equipment and engine packages. Emphasis on generator sets, engine-driven pump packages, sheet metal enclosures
- Keep assembly area safe, clean and efficient
- Responsible for quality assurance of product
- This is an entry-level position, which may lead to an apprenticeship for the right person

Qualifications:
- Preference for candidates with some mechanical ability and mechanical experience
- Good work ethic
- Accurate, punctual, organized
- Ability to get along with others to work as a team
- Basic mechanic's tools required
- Forklift training an asset
- Safety courses an asset

Delta BC: Senior Sales & Marketing Executive for Kohler Power Systems

Our Delta head office is looking for a Senior Sales and Marketing Executive, Kohler Power Systems. This is a full-time, permanent position, starting immediately.

Overall function/responsibility:
- Meeting with specifying engineers to support their efforts with product solutions
- Provide pricing for customer contacts and follow up
- Work in a project based atmosphere and access opportunities, find solutions and track the project evolution as required

Qualifications:
- Technical sales background in the emergency generator marketplace in British Columbia
- Ability to understand and interpret engineering specification and provide product solutions to suit
- Ability to self supervise is mandatory
- Post secondary technical education either in electrical or mechanical
