Credit Agreement:

The information and statements in this application are true and complete and are made for the purpose of establishing credit with Frontier Power Products Ltd., hereafter referred to as "Frontier". Frontier is hereby authorized to obtain any information it considers necessary from any source concerning the statements in this application.

In consideration of, and in order to establish a line of credit with Frontier based on the foregoing application, I/we agree to pay for all purchases within the agreed terms. I/We agree to pay and authorize Frontier to bill my/our account.

Frontier will remain the sole and only owner of all merchandise and goods delivered until total payment of same is received by Frontier. I/We have the responsibility of maintaining the goods, property of Frontier, insured until same is fully paid, otherwise I/we will assume sole responsibility for any loss incurred after their delivery.

Agreed Terms: NET 30 DAYS, unless specifically stated on the invoice.

Service charges calculated at up to 18% per annum will be charged on overdue accounts. I/We agree to pay such charges when full payment has not been made within the agreed terms.

In the event that it becomes necessary for Frontier to incur collection costs or institute suit to collect any amount due under this agreement, or any portion thereof, I/we promise to pay such additional costs, charges and expenses including reasonable attorney's fees if the account is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection.

This Credit Agreement and all related transactions will be governed by the laws of the Province of BC and the applicable laws of Canada. We hereby agree to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Province of BC.

I/We and Frontier agree that this Credit Agreement may be executed and returned by fax and shall be a binding agreement in fax or original form.

In the case where the applicant is a limited corporation, this document is not intended to be a personal guarantee.
