The Company warrants the equipment against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of delivery. The company will replace or repair, at the Company’s option, free of charge, FOB its manufacturing plant any part or parts (other than those deemed consumable) found to be defective, provided the Purchaser informs the Company of the defect immediately and no repairs or alterations have been performed by the purchaser or third party without written approval by the Company.

The Company is not liable under this warranty for damages caused by the improper use or operation of this equipment. The Company is not liable under this warranty for consequential damages, claims, expenditures or losses arising from operational delays or work stoppages caused by defective equipment. Except for the foregoing, no warranty, expressed or implied or statutory is made by the Company.
