In-shop labour rate	$89/hour
Out of shop labour rate	$99/hour
Overtime*	$129/hour
Dynamometer & load bank	$89/hour
Mileage	$0.65/km

*Overtime at customer's request only

Minimum and Call-Out Charges

In shop: 1/2 hour
Service call: 2 hours
Weekend service callout: 4 hours at overtime rates
After-hours parts weekday callout: $60 + $20 mileage
After-hours parts weekend/holiday callout: $80 + $20 mileage

After-Hours Service and Parts
	Frontier's normal hours of operation are from 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday. Currently it is at our Delta branch and 1 hour later in Edmonton and Calgary.
	After-hours service and parts support is available at our call-out rates (above), any time
