About the Role:

We’re seeking an experienced and people-focused HR Manager to oversee and enhance our human resources operations. This role will lead efforts in talent management, employee relations, compliance, and HR process optimization. The ideal candidate is organized, empathetic, and able to balance strategic leadership with hands-on execution across all areas of HR.



Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute the recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and manage HR policies, employee handbooks, and procedures in compliance with local and federal labor laws.
• Oversee employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management practices.
• Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee wellness initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize HR systems, records, and documentation.
• Support managers with coaching, team development, and organizational planning.
• Coordinate training and development programs aligned with company goals.
• Partner with leadership to build a strong and inclusive company culture.
• Ensure timely reporting and compliance with labor regulations and audits.



Requirements:

• 4–6 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial or senior HR role.
• In-depth knowledge of federal and state employment laws and HR best practices.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience with HRIS systems and digital HR tools.
• Ability to handle sensitive situations with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.



Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• HR certifications such as SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or PHR/SPHR.
• Experience with change management or organizational development projects.
• Familiarity with DEI initiatives and employee engagement strategies.
